KICKBOXING
West Windsor Tae Kwon Do Academy’s Kick-Boxing Program is a 55 minute workout that produces results unlike any other workout available today. The safe environment, easy-to-learn moves, and fast results are key reasons why this program is our premier Adult Program.
The first 10-15 minutes of each class is spent on calisthenics and stretching – to warm up. We then progress to shadow boxing which helps to perfect technique as well as providing an understanding of where the moves come from and which body part it will enhance. Kick-Boxing is considered an authentic Martial Art created for adults only.
After shadow-boxing the class goes to Bag work. The release experienced when you hit the bag intensifies the workout while helping to release stress and strengthen and tone all parts of the body. Balance, Coordination, and an increase of energy are just a few of the ways in which Kick-Boxing will help to improve all aspects of your life.
In addition to working with the bag and shadow-boxing, we will target your abdominal area with endless exercises that help to tighten the stomach and increase weight loss. The benefits of this program, along with our safe facility and motivated staff, will help you to reach any of your fitness goals.
